Description
– Students create their own ‘Flanders Field’ with a focus on learning how to make the 3D Poppies.
– Learn the basics of making your own wool fabric, layering a background with texture. Students also have the freedom to add elements eg. soldiers, crosses, helmets, animals.
Note: You will need a sewing machine that has the ability to drop the feed dogs for free motion sewing. If you do not have access to a sewing machine which meet these requirements and wish to still have a go at this class, I have limited machines available for hire – please reach out for the info.
Class Fee $140.00 includes essentials kit with stabilisers, drawings, wool roving and glitz fabrics for Poppies and some background goodies.
